Product Leadership
Most of the leaders I work with aren't struggling because they lack capability. They're struggling because something's misaligned. Priorities that keep shifting. Decisions that don't stick. Teams pulling in slightly different directions without anyone noticing until it's a problem.
I help with that.
Here's what I offer for companies wanting to build a high-performing product team.
Product Advisory
A sounding board for the decisions that matter most.
Sometimes you don't need a coach. You need someone who's seen this before. I work with product and engineering leaders on strategy, prioritisation, and the organisational tangles that slow everything down.
This might look like:
- Sense-checking a strategy before you commit
- Thinking through a reorganisation or team structure
- Working out what's actually causing friction
- Pressure-testing priorities before a board meeting
Usually a few hours a month, on call when you need it.
Fractional Product Leadership
Hands-on help for a defined period.
Occasionally I take on fractional roles: part-time product leadership for a specific gap or transition. This works best alongside coaching or advisory, not as a replacement for hiring.
If you're not sure whether this is what you need, we can talk through it.
How engagements start
It starts with a conversation.
I'll ask about what's going on, what you've already tried, and what good would look like. If I think I can help, I'll explain how. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
No pressure. No pitch deck. Just a conversation to see if it makes sense.
