Coaching
Most of the leaders I work with aren't struggling because they lack capability. They're struggling because something's misaligned. Priorities that keep shifting. Decisions that don't stick. Teams pulling in slightly different directions without anyone noticing until it's a problem.
I help with that.
The work takes different forms depending on what's needed. Sometimes it's one-to-one coaching. Sometimes it's advisory support on a specific challenge. Sometimes it's working with a team directly. Here's what each looks like.
Leadership Coaching
Space to think clearly when the job doesn't give you that.
Most senior leaders don't have anyone to think with. Your manager is busy. Your team needs you to have answers. Your peers are navigating the same pressures. Coaching creates room to work through the hard stuff without performing confidence.
I work with leaders on:
- Navigating new roles or growing scope
- Making decisions when the right answer isn't obvious
- Building influence without burning out
- Getting unstuck when something's not working
Typically fortnightly sessions over 6-12 months. We start with what's most pressing and go from there.
Team Coaching
Helping teams work through what's stuck.
Some problems aren't individual. They're relational. I work with leadership teams and product teams to surface what's not being said, rebuild trust after friction, and get alignment that actually holds.
This is useful when:
- A team is delivering but something feels off
- There's tension that keeps showing up in different forms
- Priorities are clear on paper but contested in practice
- A new team needs to find its footing quickly
Usually a short engagement: a few sessions over 6-8 weeks.
Workshops and Leadership Development
Teaching the things I keep seeing.
I run workshops on alignment, decision-making, and sustainable performance. These can be standalone sessions or part of a longer leadership development programme.
Topics I cover:
- Alignment: how to get it and how to keep it
- Decision-making under pressure
- Leading without burning out
- Coaching skills for managers
Available for offsites, team days, or cohort-based programmes.
How engagements start
It starts with a conversation.
I'll ask about what's going on, what you've already tried, and what good would look like. If I think I can help, I'll explain how. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
No pressure. No pitch deck. Just a conversation to see if it makes sense.
Testimonials
Clients most often describe gaining clarity, confidence, and a steadier way of operating under pressure.
